Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned and highly creative Executive Content Writer to lead our content strategy and produce exceptional written material across various digital and offline channels. As an Executive Content Writer, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's voice and brand, and you'll be responsible for creating compelling and influential content.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's content strategy to align with overall business goals.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, marketing materials, and executive communications.
  • Lead content planning and coordinate with other team members to ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Research industry trends, competitor content, and market needs to produce relevant and engaging content.
  • Create thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies, and executive speeches.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives and subject matter experts, to gather input for content creation.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and style.
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with content marketing best practices and emerging industry trends.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • ⁠Experience with content marketing automation tools.
  • ⁠Strong visual storytelling skills.
  • ⁠Knowledge in the political domain is much preferred.
  • ⁠Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • ⁠Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics.
  • ⁠Ability to think strategically, make decisions, and manage projects.
  • ⁠Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠Proficiency with content management systems and various software tools.

Job Description
We are looking to hire graduates/postgraduates, who can join our team and work with us for promoting and expanding social media content as well as media content, such as Honor And Award s, articles, videos, and images.

Responsibilities:

  • Measuring and analyzing performance of social media traction with data driven decisions.
  • Developing and implementing digital propagation strategies.
  • Liaising and coordination with political and non-political stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Developing strategies to expand our reach and work on innovative techniques to establish relationships between leaders and public through digital properties.
  • Creation, expansion and management of digital cadre.
  • Execution of digital as well as on ground campaigns and use analytics to measure the impact of the campaigns.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in mass communication or related field.
  • Good Political Understanding is Mandatory.
  • Good understanding of Social Media Platforms.
  • Good Communication and Listening Skills.
  • Proficiency in Marathi and English. Both in reading and Writing.
  • Prior experience in Political Domain is preferred.
